I also realized that I didn’t have the heart to disturb the kitty’s nap to make the bed for this picture, so I didn’t.I had originally wanted to make this a ruffly bed skirt.
I took one of the strips of fabric and hand-sewed some big, one inch stitches in it, then I pulled the thread tight to make it ruffle up..The thing is, when I brought this strip upstairs to hold it up to the bed and see how it would look, I quickly realized that this whole ruffle thing was going to be a little too frou frou for Kennedy.
